transferring from upper circle to stalls?
By andrewp - Posted on July 1st, 2007
Hello everyone.
I was wondering whether Olympia staff are on the ball enough to let people with tickets for the upper circle to wangle their way into the stalls. Whilst I am lucky enough to have tickets for Tuesday (flying in from London), they are for the upper circle and I cannot imagine having to sit up there, patiently watching the action instead of being down on the ground dancing my ass off and totally being in the moment.
So I was wondering how feasible it might be to switch from the ambivilent peace of the upper circle and down to the action in the stalls.
Any thoughts?

I'm afraid the venue staff will direct you to the Upper Circle entrance and will not allow anyone into the stalls unless they have a ticket for that area. But there's no harm in trying :) Your best bet is to try and swap tickets with someone who wants a seat.
thanks Conor for that.
So I suppose my next comment is a request to anyone who would rather sit down on Tuesday night rather than stand. I have two tickets for the upper circle and I am *DESPERATE* for 2 standing tickets. Currently in London, but will be in Dublin from mid-morning tomorrow and obviously very happy to meet up to exchange tickets before gig.
Same here. July 5 - any chance of moving down to the stalls?
Another thread refers to wristband access to a front standing area... ?
