This blog is for all fans going on the final night !
I keep hoping that the guys are gonna do something really special ! Perhaps we may be lucky enough to hear Radio Free Europe, Welcome to the Occupation, maybe even a b-side - Wichita Lineman, It's a Free World Baby or even Bandwagon !!!
The Guys are focusing on new material and throwing in a handful of songs for the fans - anything's possible !!
If I could pick songs, they would be Departure, Country Feedback and King of Birds !!
What would the rest of you Murmursians/R.E.M.ers like to hear ?
I'd love to hear the untitled song from Green. Been listening to it with renewed love after reading about it recently on Pop Songs '07 Can't wait for Thursday.

Noo they havent been taking requests at all. Someone last night shouted up some song and they said they wudnt be playing it but thanks for requesting it. Also they started flashing the 'This is not a show' reminder behind the band again just for good measure!!

yea (though it wasn't me) i echo the sentiments of the fella who requested the song in question - perfect circle - last night...how cool would that be the round off a memorable week here in dirty damp and drizzly dublin...still could be worse...could be a tennis fan with wimbledon tickets...
